I am an award-winning hotel manager, business leader and sustainability consultant with over 24 years' experience in the hospitality industry, primarily within four- and five-star properties around the world including The Dorchester in London, Conrad International in Brussels, and McAlpine House in Broome, Australia. My career has been built on delivering strong commercial performance while creating exceptional guest and employee experiences, underpinned by a deep commitment to sustainable practice.

I am a graduate of Shannon College of Hotel Management and UCD Innovation Academy, and established my own business in 2024.
I support and mentor hospitality businesses in measuring, managing and reducing their carbon footprint. I also work with The Tourism Space, delivering one-to-one mentoring, group programmes and workshops to businesses, networks and individuals across the sector.
I lecture on the MSc in Sustainable Tourism & Hospitality Management, delivering modules in Sustainable Tourism & Regenerative Planning and Sustainable Development in Tourism Projects. I am passionate about sharing practical knowledge and equipping the next generation of hospitality leaders with the tools to drive meaningful change.
During my ten years with Hotel Doolin, I served as Green Manager and led the implementation of the sustainability strategy that resulted in the hotel becoming the first certified carbon neutral hotel in Ireland. This experience continues to inform my practical, results-driven approach to sustainability.
